I’m William Wright — founder of WillOnSafety, former military professional, and senior corporate EHS specialist. I help North Yorkshire SMEs stay safe, compliant, and confident through clear, practical, no‑nonsense health and safety support.

My Story
For 15 years, I served in the military — an environment where discipline, risk management, and looking after each other aren’t optional; they’re essential for survival. That experience shaped my approach to safety: structured, calm, and focused on what truly matters.
After leaving the military, I spent over a decade in senior corporate EHS roles, managing safety systems, leading compliance programmes, and protecting major organisations from risk.
Across all those environments, one thing became clear: The businesses that thrive are the ones that genuinely care about safety.
